Booking and Refund Policies

1. Booking
- Weekly cohorts meet at a set time each week. Seats are limited to keep feedback fast.
- One‑time sessions are booked for a specific date/time.
- Confirmation emails include the Google Meet link and any prep materials.
2. Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a one‑time session.
- For weekly cohorts, you can request a makeup where available; availability is not guaranteed.
3. Cancellations and No‑Shows
- One‑time sessions cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice: full refund or credit.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no‑shows: charged in full.
- If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
4. Subscriptions (Weekly Plans)
- Charges recur weekly until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Past weeks are non‑refundable once delivered.
- $1 first session applies once per student where indicated.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Bundle products (e.g., multiple one‑time sessions) are refundable pro‑rata for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase.
- Digital materials included with a plan are non‑refundable once accessed.
6. How to Request Changes
Email us using the contact details on our website with your order email and details. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
