1. Services

• Small‑group online maths tutoring delivered via Google Meet.
• Sessions are typically 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.
• Materials may include practice sets, recordings, and study guides.

2. Eligibility

• Students must be in Years 7–10 or have parent/guardian consent.
• Parent/guardian is responsible for bookings and payments for minors.

3. Accounts and Communication

• You agree to provide accurate information at checkout/booking.
• We may contact you about schedules, homework, and account matters.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are shown on the site and may change at any time.
• Payments are processed by trusted third‑party processors (e.g. Stripe).
• Weekly plans renew automatically until cancelled. One‑time products are charged once.
• $1 first session applies to weekly plans where stated and is limited to one per student.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Policies for notice windows, no‑shows, and refunds are set out on our Booking and Refund Policies page.
• For subscription plans, cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund past charges unless stated.

6. Student Conduct

• Be respectful, participate, and keep microphones/video appropriate.
• We may remove disruptive participants to protect the cohort’s learning.

7. Content and License

• Materials we provide are for personal educational use only.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

• We provide tutoring and practice support but do not guarantee specific grades.
• The service is provided “as is” and may be updated or improved over time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
